Head of People Systems Optimisation

Responsibilities

• Lead and own the multi-year HR technology strategy and roadmap aligned with organizational goals
• Drive the optimization and adoption of Workday across Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Recruitment, and Learning
• Lead major system implementations, enhancements, and optimization cycles to ensure quality delivery
• Shape future-state HR processes and operating models to improve employee and leader experiences
• Oversee vendor selection, contracting, governance, and performance for HR technology partners
• Ensure strong data governance, system integration, and the delivery of meaningful workforce analytics
• Lead organization-wide change management and digital capability uplift
• Build and lead a high-performing people systems and change team

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading large-scale HR or enterprise systems transformations in complex environments
• Strong expertise in HR technology platforms, specifically Workday or equivalent
• Proven experience owning system roadmaps, delivery governance, and managing multi-vendor environments
• Demonstrated ability to lead significant change and influence senior stakeholders
• Experience working across HR, Technology, Finance, and Payroll in integrated operating models
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery leadership
• Must be willing to obtain a National Police Check and Working with Children Check
