About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, benefits administration, and offboarding
  • Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing and ensure statutory compliance
  • Manage HR systems, including HRIS and payroll platforms, and drive digital transformation
  • Establish and monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and operational KPIs
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the People Services team
  • Partner with HR leaders and business stakeholders to align services with business needs
  • Manage budgets, vendors, and service delivery performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 15+ years of progressive HR experience in leadership roles
  • Expertise in HR Operations, Payroll, and HR Systems
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and payroll regulations
  • Experience with HRIS platforms such as BIPO HRMS, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM Cloud
  • Proven track record in process improvement and HR transformation
