About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, benefits administration, and offboarding
- Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing and ensure statutory compliance
- Manage HR systems, including HRIS and payroll platforms, and drive digital transformation
- Establish and monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and operational KPIs
- Lead, mentor, and develop the People Services team
- Partner with HR leaders and business stakeholders to align services with business needs
- Manage budgets, vendors, and service delivery performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 15+ years of progressive HR experience in leadership roles
- Expertise in HR Operations, Payroll, and HR Systems
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and payroll regulations
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as BIPO HRMS, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM Cloud
- Proven track record in process improvement and HR transformation
