A1 is building a proactive smart assistant for everyday users to bring intelligence to conversations, errands, organizing, and workflows. The mission is to create AI-native applications that handle multi-step reasoning and real-world task completion with high reliability.

Responsibilities

  • Own and continuously improve the company's performance management framework
  • Lead company-wide OKR planning, tracking, and quarterly review cycles
  • Design and implement scalable people processes to improve organizational effectiveness
  • Analyze people, performance, and operational data to identify trends and measure outcomes
  • Build dashboards and reports providing meaningful insights into organizational performance
  • Define business requirements for HR systems, reporting tools, and workflow automation
  • Partner with leaders to improve team performance and execution
  • Develop frameworks for performance reviews, calibration, promotions, and career development
  • Drive initiatives that strengthen accountability, ownership, and a high-performance culture
  • Ensure company values are embedded throughout employee programs and evaluations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience in People Operations, People Analytics, Organizational Effectiveness, HR Strategy, Business Operations, or Management Consulting
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action
  • Experience designing performance management frameworks, OKRs, or organizational processes
  • Excellent problem-solving and structured thinking skills
  • Ability to write clear business requirements and improve operational workflows
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • High ownership and attention to detail
