About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and implement a People Partnering strategy for the UK & Europe business to support business objectives and foster a high-performance culture.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and management team on organizational design, workforce planning, and performance management.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of People Partners across various markets.
- Partner with business leaders to drive employee engagement and implement targeted action plans based on survey insights.
- Ensure HR policies align with relevant employment laws and manage cross-border employment complexities.
- Use HR analytics to track workforce metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Oversee succession planning and career development initiatives to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Embed diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) across all talent and leadership strategies.
Requirements
- Progressive HR experience, including direct partnership with C-Suite or SVP-level leaders.
- Extensive experience partnering with cross-cultural leadership teams.
- Proven experience in line management of both junior and senior People Partners.
- Strong understanding of global HR practices and employment laws, particularly in Europe and India.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies with commercial goals.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change at pace.
