About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage HR strategy to support business objectives and align with Group industrial and organizational priorities
- Oversee people management, organizational design, and change management across two moulded glass manufacturing plants
- Manage industrial relations, ensuring full compliance with labor laws and collective agreements
- Lead talent development, performance management, and succession planning processes
- Oversee compensation and benefits policies and incentive systems
- Execute HR planning, including headcount planning, workforce budgeting, and staffing analysis aligned with business forecasts
Requirements
- Degree in Economics, Law, Humanities, or a related discipline
- Extensive experience in senior HR roles within complex industrial and multinational environments
- Proven expertise in industrial relations management
- Strong people management skills
- Advanced proficiency in the English language
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage HR data and reporting
- Availability to travel to manufacturing plants in Bergantino (RO), San Vito al Tagliamento (PN), and Parma
Benefits
- Competitive compensation package: €60,000 - €80,000
