Head of People & Organization

Responsibilities

• Manage HR strategy to support business objectives and align with Group industrial and organizational priorities
• Oversee people management, organizational design, and change management across two moulded glass manufacturing plants
• Manage industrial relations, ensuring full compliance with labor laws and collective agreements
• Lead talent development, performance management, and succession planning processes
• Oversee compensation and benefits policies and incentive systems
• Execute HR planning, including headcount planning, workforce budgeting, and staffing analysis aligned with business forecasts

Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Law, Humanities, or a related discipline
• Extensive experience in senior HR roles within complex industrial and multinational environments
• Proven expertise in industrial relations management
• Strong people management skills
• Advanced proficiency in the English language
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage HR data and reporting
• Availability to travel to manufacturing plants in Bergantino (RO), San Vito al Tagliamento (PN), and Parma

Benefits

• Competitive compensation package: €60,000 - €80,000
