Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize HR systems including HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration
• Own the employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, and performance review cycles
• Establish reliable and scalable HR processes and policies
• Manage reporting and analytics for headcount, retention, and attrition
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and international payroll requirements
• Oversee benefits programs and implementation
• Partner with leadership on performance management and organizational design
• Serve as the point of contact for employee relations matters

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience in People Operations or HR in hyper-growth technology companies
• Experience supporting international workforces (e.g., India)
• Ability to manage ambiguity and institute structure in dynamic environments
• Strong understanding of employment compliance and HR operations
• Systems-oriented mindset for building scalable infrastructure
• High integrity and discretion with sensitive employee data

• Base compensation of $180,000 - $250,000
