Responsibilities

• Act as the trusted People partner to the US senior leadership team to drive performance and business outcomes.
• Own and execute the US People strategy, aligning with global leadership on talent development, engagement, and culture.
• Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning for the US region.
• Manage and develop US People Partners, acting as an escalation point for complex employee relations.
• Implement company-wide initiatives including performance processes, compensation cycles, and hybrid working models.
• Analyze people data to provide insights for senior leadership decision-making.
• Drive inclusion, wellbeing, and psychological safety across the organization.

Requirements

• Significant experience in a senior strategic HR leadership role (e.g., Head of People, Senior People Partner).
• Experience in a scaling tech or international environment.
• Proven track record of managing and developing teams.
• Strong knowledge of US employment law and multi-state compliance.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems, data analysis tools, and AI solutions.
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-growth environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to international employment contexts.
• Experience scaling culture and processes during international growth.
