Head of People & Culture

Responsibilities

• Act as a culture architect, defining and evolving values, behaviors, and ways of working across the UAE, KSA, and Europe
• Design people experiences that enable trust, creativity, accountability, and high performance
• Partner with the leadership board as a strategic advisor on organizational design, growth, and culture
• Introduce bold frameworks and systems that move beyond traditional HR models toward human-centered, scalable solutions
• Coach and enable leaders to manage performance, change, and growth with empathy and clarity
• Oversee People & Culture operations at a strategic level, ensuring compliance without becoming process-heavy

Requirements

• Proven experience leading People & Culture, Organizational Development, or similar functions in progressive or creative environments
• Demonstrated ability to introduce new people practices or drive significant cultural shifts
• Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate business ambition into people strategies
• High emotional intelligence and the ability to influence at senior leadership levels
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in fast-evolving, transformative organizations
• Experience working across the UAE, KSA, or Europe is highly valuable

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in creative, experiential, project-based, or innovation-driven industries
• Experience working within a matrix organizational structure
