Head of People & Culture

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a People & Culture strategy aligned with company goals and growth plans
• Advise the Executive Team on organizational, leadership, talent, and culture matters
• Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design initiatives
• Own the talent acquisition strategy, including hiring processes and employer positioning
• Build frameworks for learning, career development, and performance management
• Oversee People Operations, including compensation, benefits, and global compliance
• Drive the adoption of AI-enabled processes to improve operational efficiency and workforce insights

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in People Operations, HR, or Organizational Development
• 8+ years of experience in a senior People leadership role
• Proven track record in high-growth tech, fintech, or Web3 environments
• Experience leading global, distributed teams across multiple jurisdictions
• Deep knowledge of global employment practices and workforce compliance
• Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to enhance People processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with equity, token-based, or alternative long-term incentive programs
• Experience operating within UAE, DIFC, or other regulated international frameworks
• Professional HR certifications such as Chartered CIPD or SHRM-SCP
• Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology
