About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the People function, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
- Partner with senior leadership to shape company culture and ensure alignment with organizational values and mission.
- Develop and implement strategies for attracting, retaining, and developing top talent in alignment with long-term goals.
- Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and employee development plans.
- Create competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with industry standards and company objectives.
- Oversee workforce planning and forecasting in partnership with finance and executive leadership.
- Manage employee relations, resolving conflicts and fostering an inclusive, collaborative environment.
- Monitor and analyze people data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improving people practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience working in a high-growth or startup environment.
- Strong expertise in startup equity, including working with ISOs and RSUs.
- Experience with HR technology, including HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Demonstrated ability to influence organizational culture and business outcomes alongside executive leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development.
- SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or other relevant HR certifications.
- Expertise in compensation strategy and benefits design.
- Experience leading organizational change and scaling teams during rapid growth periods.
