About the Company

Arine is a rapidly growing healthcare technology and clinical services company on a mission to ensure individuals receive the safest and most effective treatments for their unique and evolving healthcare needs. By combining data science, machine learning, and AI, Arine provides a patient-centric view to medication management through its SaaS platform.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the SLT to develop People strategies that support cross-team collaboration and organizational efficiency
• Serve as the organization's change management resource
• Advise on organizational design and own headcount planning and backfill governance in partnership with the CFO
• Design and execute organizational health monitoring and pulse survey programs
• Oversee the recruiting function for technical and clinical roles, including offer strategy and compensation benchmarking
• Own the full people operations foundation including HRIS (Rippling), immigration, benefits, and compliance
• Lead, develop, and advocate for the People Team

Requirements

• 15+ years of People leadership experience
• At least 3 years in a Head of People or VP-equivalent role
• Experience at a high-growth tech company (Series B to Series D)
• Experience in healthcare, health tech, or a regulated industry
• Background supporting engineering or product organizations
• Familiarity with Rippling HRIS
• Ability to lead across technical and high-volume/operational workforce populations
• Must live in and be eligible to work in the United States
• Ability to pass a background check
