• Lead the Physical Education department and set high standards for teaching and coaching
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of PE professionals
• Drive the department's reputation to become a standout feature of the school
• Lead from the front, demonstrating excellence both on the pitch and in administrative duties
• Develop and implement engaging PE curricula and extracurricular programs
