Head of Payments Network

Responsibilities

• Own and grow fiat coverage, including country-by-country support, chargeback policies, and commercial terms
• Manage end-to-end vendor relationships with acquirers, stablecoin orchestrators, and KYC vendors
• Build analytical foundations and unit-economics models to defend provider and launch decisions
• Translate vendor capabilities into product strategy, coverage strategy, and integration specifications
• Drive launch sequencing and provider strategy by identifying and building business cases for new corridors

Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in payments
• 3+ years in partnerships, product, corp dev, or a related payments role
• Proven experience managing PSP, banking, acquirer, or stablecoin orchestrator relationships
• Strong command of Excel and experience owning unit-economics modeling
• Technical fluency in APIs, settlement flows, and on-/off-ramp mechanics
• Ability to drive alignment across Engineering, Sales, and Legal teams
• A credible interest in the crypto and Web3 space

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with KYC, fraud, and chargeback policy across multiple geographies
• Experience working at an onramp or PSP
• Familiarity with crypto/Web3 infrastructure and stablecoin payment rails
