Responsibilities

• Develop and manage payment partnerships with banks and providers to expand infrastructure
• Optimize payment success rates through technical analysis and collaboration with engineering teams
• Manage risk and compliance by monitoring financial metrics and ensuring regulatory alignment
• Lead, motivate, and strategically manage the Payments team

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in payments, billing, business analytics, or corporate finance
• Advanced English language proficiency
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable decisions

Preferred Qualifications

• Specialized experience in payment processing or acquiring
• Proficiency in SQL and Python (NumPy, Pandas) for advanced data analytics
