About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and build the partner program from scratch, including structure, tiers, incentives, and enablement.
- Identify, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships with SaaS companies, system integrators, and consulting firms.
- Own channel revenue, including pipeline generation, deal influence, and closed revenue.
- Hire and develop the partnerships team as the channel scales.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing to ensure seamless partner motions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or alliances within a B2B SaaS company.
- Proven track record of signing and scaling partnerships with large, significant organizations.
- Demonstrated experience building a program, team, or motion from the ground up.
- Ability to operate effectively without an existing playbook or established processes.
- Professional fluency in English.
- Based in Barcelona or New York, or willing to relocate.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience signing partnerships with category-defining SaaS companies.
- Background in building agency or System Integrator (SI) channel programs.
- Familiarity with AI or emerging GTM infrastructure.
- Proficiency in Spanish.
