Responsibilities

• Own the partnership strategy, playbook, and ecosystem motion to create new routes to market
• Identify, source, and execute partnerships with key industry players and technology platforms
• Develop alliances and distribution channels to reach customers beyond direct sales
• Leverage investor and industry networks to generate inbound interest and warm introductions
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to integrate partnerships into GTM motions
• Gather partner and customer insights to inform product and market decisions
• Build foundational partner toolkits, including agreements, processes, and deal-flow tracking

Requirements

• 8+ years in business development, partnerships, or related tech roles
• Proven success sourcing, structuring, and closing complex, high-impact partnerships
• Ability to build and sustain relationships with senior executives
• Analytical and execution-oriented mindset
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and operate autonomously in a fast-moving startup

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience at a high-growth AI or enterprise SaaS startup
• Deep expertise in financial services, healthcare, telecommunications, media, travel, retail, or technology
• Experience structuring and managing ecosystem partnerships
