Responsibilities
- Own the partnership strategy, playbook, and ecosystem motion to create new routes to market
- Identify, source, and execute partnerships with key industry players and technology platforms
- Develop alliances and distribution channels to reach customers beyond direct sales
- Leverage investor and industry networks to generate inbound interest and warm introductions
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to integrate partnerships into GTM motions
- Gather partner and customer insights to inform product and market decisions
- Build foundational partner toolkits, including agreements, processes, and deal-flow tracking
Requirements
- 8+ years in business development, partnerships, or related tech roles
- Proven success sourcing, structuring, and closing complex, high-impact partnerships
- Ability to build and sustain relationships with senior executives
- Analytical and execution-oriented mindset
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and operate autonomously in a fast-moving startup
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience at a high-growth AI or enterprise SaaS startup
- Deep expertise in financial services, healthcare, telecommunications, media, travel, retail, or technology
- Experience structuring and managing ecosystem partnerships
