About the Company

Northwood is a modern space infrastructure company bringing the benefits of space to the masses through advanced communications technology. We are building a global network of phased array ground stations that enable real-time, reliable communication for satellite missions such as national security, global connectivity, and disaster response.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Northwood’s partnership strategy across international markets, new business areas, and emerging operating models
  • Identify, evaluate, and develop strategic partnerships that expand market access and support customer capture
  • Structure and negotiate partnership frameworks with large enterprises, telecom operators, and local market partners
  • Partner with leadership, product, engineering, and legal teams to assess new markets and align activity with company priorities
  • Build and manage a global pipeline of partnership opportunities from assessment through execution
  • Provide insight into regional dynamics, business models, and regulatory considerations to define market entry strategies

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, strategy, or related roles
  • Experience in aerospace, telecommunications, infrastructure, or defense-tech industries
  • Proven track record of executing strategic partnerships or market entry initiatives across international markets
  • Ability to travel frequently and work in-person in Los Angeles or Washington, DC
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or eligible to obtain ITAR authorizations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience structuring partnerships with telecom providers or network operators
  • Experience supporting international expansion and cross-border commercial partnerships
  • Experience building new business models in an emerging company
  • Experience negotiating complex strategic agreements involving infrastructure access or multi-party collaboration
  • Technical or analytical background in engineering, economics, or finance
