About the role

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute Tide’s insurance distribution strategy across Health, Life, and Affinity categories
  • Build and nurture relationships with insurance providers and brokers to co-create SME-focused products
  • Establish and grow a national agency and partner network to drive distribution across geographies
  • Recruit, train, and manage high-performing field and tele-sales teams
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Member Engagement teams to integrate insurance into the Tide ecosystem
  • Develop scalable processes, compliance frameworks, and performance tracking systems
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor movements, and regulatory changes

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in the insurance or financial services industry
  • Proven success in building and scaling sales networks (field, tele, and agency)
  • Strong existing relationships with leading insurers and brokers in India
  • Deep understanding of insurance products, pricing structures, and regulatory frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams across multiple geographies
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Preferably based in the NCR region or willing to relocate
