Avelios is on a mission to unlock clinical data to power seamless healthcare operations for better patient care. We have built a modular software platform that digitizes and optimizes workflows in hospitals using cutting-edge technology to enable doctors and nurses to provide the best possible care.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the partnership strategy and build a structured partner program
• Implement scalable systems, standards, and metrics aligned with company growth
• Identify, negotiate, and manage complex service partnerships
• Personally own key relationships and act as a trusted counterpart to senior partner leadership
• Act as a cross-functional architect to ensure partner success and reduce operational friction
• Develop and coach a lean, high-impact team while establishing clear goals and operating cadence

Requirements

• Degree from a top-ranked business school in a business-related field
• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally from top-tier consultancy or scale-up environments
• Excellent leadership skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Keen interest in healthcare technology
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
