Head of Partnerships

Responsibilities

• Set Enterprise and Mid-Market strategy, including defining ICPs, pricing tiers, and segmentation
• Own the partnership P&L, including ACV signed, actual vs. committed revenue, and LTV per partner
• Lead and manage the Enterprise team by setting targets, running pipeline reviews, and hiring talent
• Drive the forecast motion, ensuring pipeline coverage, deal-stage hygiene, and leadership reporting
• Integrate cross-vertical propositions by working with product teams to launch multi-vertical offerings
• Act as the senior stakeholder for top-tier prospects, managing C-suite relationships and final-stage negotiations

Requirements

• 10+ years of commercial experience, including 5+ years managing teams of 5 or more
• Proven experience operating within a Series A-B company and scaling a sales organization
• Deep experience in Enterprise sales with a track record of delivering contracts of £250,000+
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to turn insights into strategic actions
• Proactive, independent problem-solver comfortable in high-ownership environments
• Ability to commute to our Hoxton office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
