Head of Partnership Support & Digital Sales

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable growth across digital sales channels and partnership distribution
• Identify, negotiate, and onboard strategic digital partners including banks, fintechs, and telcos
• Develop and grow the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) channel with optimized UX/UI for conversion
• Lead the development of innovative digital customer journeys in collaboration with Product and Tech teams
• Manage sales enablement operations, including the creation of sales kits, training materials, and product FAQs
• Define and monitor KPIs for digital channels, partnership performance, and marketing support
• Lead and coach a team of direct reports to build capability and foster a high-performance culture
• Coordinate joint marketing campaigns and evaluate their effectiveness to optimize outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in digital sales, partnership management, or sales operations within insurance or financial services
• Proven track record in digital channel development and managing partnership-based distribution models
• Hands-on experience in the Thai insurance market
• Strong knowledge of local regulatory requirements, specifically OIC and PDPA
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English
