Head of Partnership

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic partnerships with merchants and other key partners to drive business growth
• Build and maintain trusted relationships throughout partner organizations to drive business outcomes
• Manage ongoing account plans and deliver on both strategic and tactical partnership initiatives
• Contribute to business plan development, including strategy, data analytics, and performance assessment
• Collaborate across teams to ensure effective achievement of business goals

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience
• Graduate degree or higher in business or technology
• Proven leadership ability to influence and empower stakeholders
• Strong execution mindset with the ability to manage both high-level strategy and granular details
• Results-oriented with a hands-on approach and strong interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry experience within the payments ecosystem (acquiring banks, payment facilitators, merchants, networks, or fintech operators)
