Head of Partner Solutions

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver against partner-sourced revenue targets through co-sell strategies and joint business planning.
• Define technical and operational requirements for the global partner delivery ecosystem.
• Build and manage the "Addepar Standard" for partner enablement and technical certification.
• Monitor partner-led implementation quality, stabilization speed, and client satisfaction via operational governance.
• Serve as the primary operational lead for Tier-1 global strategic alliances.
• Act as a bridge between the partner ecosystem and internal R&D and Sales teams to improve product implementability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Strategic Partnerships or Channel Management.
• Proven experience within the B2B SaaS or Fintech sectors.
• Deep background in managing technical delivery partners for high-growth platforms.
• Ability to travel 20-30% for industry events and partner summits.
• Strong ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence executive stakeholders.
• Proficiency in understanding institutional data, ownership structures, and sophisticated investor reporting needs.
