Head of Partner Growth

Responsibilities

• Build and scale TransferGo's partnership acquisition engine, including affiliate, publisher, and strategic acquisition partnerships
• Design partner economics, incentive structures, and performance-based creator programs
• Create influencer playbooks, frameworks, and standards to help local Hub Managers succeed
• Build growth infrastructure for partner attribution, measurement, and AI-powered discovery
• Implement fraud and quality controls and commercial testing frameworks

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or performance marketing
• Proven track record of building and scaling acquisition partnerships
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to structure win-win relationships
• Experience with affiliate networks, publishers, creators, or partner ecosystems
• Data-driven approach with comfort in attribution, incrementality, and unit economics
• AI-native mindset with curiosity to automate workflows
• Ability to operate cross-functionally and build from scratch in a fast-moving environment

• Familiarity with affiliate platforms and tracking tools
