About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead multi-level teams including Field Managers, Strategic AEs, and Full-Cycle AEs
  • Drive proactive revenue growth in the DACH region through high-velocity and enterprise sales
  • Adapt outbound methods for specific verticals like hospitality
  • Build and refine the outbound engine, including prospecting sequences and social selling
  • Provide accurate weekly and quarterly forecasting using revenue intelligence tools
  • Act as a strategic advisor for critical C-level deals and executive coaching
  • Localize global outbound concepts for the DACH market
  • Coach managers to ensure high standards in frontline management

Requirements

  • Extensive sales management experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven ability to lead through others in complex, multi-functional teams
  • Expert knowledge of modern sales stacks (Salesforce, Salesloft/Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Strong commercial acumen regarding SaaS metrics (ARR, LTV, CAC)
  • Fluency in both English and German

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing territory and high-velocity outbound sales cycles
  • Experience with displacement playbooks and competitive customer acquisition
