Head of OTC Sales

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the OTC sales strategy to drive revenue growth and client acquisition across crypto markets
• Build and expand relationships with HNWIs, institutional investors, crypto funds, family offices, and liquidity providers
• Lead the OTC desk in converting inbound and outbound business opportunities into executed trades
• Oversee pricing strategies, spreads, and transaction profitability
• Build, mentor, and manage the OTC sales team, including setting KPIs and performance standards
• Coordinate with treasury, liquidity, and trading teams to ensure efficient execution and settlement
• Ensure all activities comply with internal AML/CFT procedures and regulatory standards

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in crypto OTC sales, institutional crypto sales, or digital asset business development
• 2+ years of leadership or team management experience
• Deep knowledge of crypto markets, digital assets, and OTC trading operations
• Understanding of fiat-to-crypto/crypto-to-crypto workflows and liquidity management
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, trading systems, and Excel
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage
