Head of Organization Development

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute company-wide learning strategies and e-learning paths aligned with business priorities
• Lead the design and implementation of the global culture strategy to drive behavioral implementation across all regions
• Manage the full-cycle new employee onboarding experience, from pre-entry to probation confirmation
• Design and deliver practical leadership training programs to upgrade management capabilities
• Drive AI transformation of OD workflows by identifying automation and intelligent optimization scenarios
• Manage OD project budgets and maintain relationships with external vendors and consultants
• Provide professional global training demand diagnosis and organizational development consulting

Requirements

• 5+ years of L&D/OD relevant experience, including at least 2 years of team leadership
• Proficiency in e-learning platforms and LMS systems
• Strong project management and budget control capabilities
• Excellent cross-team communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Fluent in written and verbal English; Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus
• Proven ability to design and deploy scalable enterprise-level talent development programs
• Strong interest in AI with practical experience applying AI tools in professional scenarios
• Experience in fast-growing global enterprises, preferably in fintech, crypto, or financial services
