Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to align people strategy with business priorities
- Lead organisation design, restructuring, and workforce planning
- Design and implement learning & development strategies and leadership programmes
- Define, drive, and embed company culture aligned with business strategy
- Drive performance management frameworks including OKRs and KPIs
- Lead and develop HRBP and OD/TD capabilities within the HR team
- Collaborate with COEs such as Talent Acquisition and Compensation & Benefits
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience with exposure in HRBP, OD, or Talent Development
- Proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders and leadership teams
- Experience in organisation design, performance management, and L&D frameworks
- Experience in fast-paced or scaling environments, preferably in tech
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
- Strategic thinking combined with strong execution capability
- Hands-on, adaptable, and commercially driven approach
