Head of Optimization and AI

Responsibilities

• Develop and anchor a new cross-functional function focused on optimization and AI
• Drive optimization and improvement initiatives across the entire organization
• Identify and prioritize efforts in collaboration with the business and executive management
• Ensure progress from idea to implementation and organizational anchoring
• Manage stakeholders and select initiatives based on business value
• Foster collaboration across the organization and integrate the function actively
• Drive selected projects and ensure close interaction with IT

Requirements

• Relevant advanced degree
• Experience driving development or transformation initiatives
• Solid experience with optimization and data-driven solutions, including AI
• Strong relational skills and ability to build consensus across an organization
• Experience working closely with management and preparing decision proposals
• Ability to move between analysis and action, driving initiatives from idea to implementation
• Strategic experience with digitalization and data-driven efforts
• Insight into or strong interest in the application of AI in a business context
• Clear and persuasive communication skills for both specialists and executives
• Pragmatic approach with a focus on concrete results
