About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the operating rhythm by managing leadership team cadence, meeting schedules, and alignment processes.
  • Drive operational excellence through budget planning, talent reviews, resource allocation, and organizational design.
  • Automate business workflows using modern tools to streamline leadership engagement and operations.
  • Manage high-impact partnerships with external AI labs, universities, and internal engineering teams.
  • Unify organizational communications, including town halls, leadership messaging, and cross-functional updates.
  • Serve as the primary operational liaison between the R&E team and central departments like Finance, Legal, and Recruiting.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in business operations, program management, or strategic planning within a technology or engineering organization.
  • Proven experience managing business operations, budget processes, and talent pipelines for large organizational groups.
  • Strong familiarity with modern automation tools and the ability to streamline complex workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust quickly and drive strategic alignment through influence.
  • Exceptional strategic communication skills with the ability to bring structure to complex technology groups.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in engineering.
