Through vertically integrated delivery models and highly automated microfactories, they deliver climate-resilient homes and buildings with greater speed and predictability than traditional construction.

Responsibilities

• Own the launch and ramp of new factories, including facility setup, process design, and staffing
• Drive factory P&L, throughput targets, labor efficiency, and quality metrics
• Build management infrastructure and organizational playbooks to scale from one factory to many
• Develop multi-facility scaling strategies, including standards propagation and knowledge management
• Build continuous improvement functions to drive efficiency and waste reduction
• Establish and manage scalable safety programs for a growing workforce
• Own materials procurement, logistics, and vendor relationships
• Partner with Finance to build real-time cost accounting by project and work cell
• Recruit and develop plant leadership teams, including Plant Managers and Shift Supervisors
• Serve as a strategic sponsor for factory floor software and operational data systems

Requirements

• 10+ years of operations leadership experience
• Experience launching or ramping large-scale manufacturing, fulfillment, or industrial facilities
• Proven ability to scale teams and operations in technology-enabled environments
• Experience building operational infrastructure from the ground up
• Strong data orientation and ability to make decisions based on metrics
• Executive presence and communication skills for investor and board-level contexts
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in high-velocity advanced manufacturing or logistics
• Experience with Lean, TWI, or Six Sigma methodologies
• Experience navigating the transition from a first facility to multiple facilities
