Head of Operations

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute state-of-the-art operations and automation strategies to enhance departmental efficiency.
• Manage the end-to-end supply chain with a focus on transparency, flexibility, sustainability, and efficiency.
• Create and own the operations business plan to ensure synchronization with global, regional, and country strategies.
• Lead the Sales & Operations planning process, including forecasting and inventory management.
• Oversee local procurement activities, ensuring alignment with HQ standards and ESG criteria.
• Manage and develop a high-performance team through coaching and continuous training.
• Monitor and report on KPIs, product lifecycles, and service provider SLAs.
• Act as a local ambassador for sustainability and ensure compliance with national Health & Safety regulations.

Requirements

• University Degree.
• 7+ years of operations experience within an international supply chain context.
• Proven experience in project management and strategic business integration.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in Mandarin and business-level English.
• Working knowledge of SAP R/3 and APO is a strong plus.
• Ability to travel 10-20%.
