Head of Operations Planning

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Operations Planning function, designing the operating model and scaling workflows
• Set standards for demand capture, production plans, and revenue forecasts
• Own the staffing and capacity strategy, building models to stress-test headcount scenarios
• Ensure opportunity pipeline integrity by governing how new opportunities are scoped and logged
• Develop systems and reporting infrastructure, including dashboards and planning tools
• Lead cross-functional operating rhythms in account reviews and finance syncs

Requirements

• 5+ years in operations, program management, or business operations
• Direct experience in demand planning, staffing, or forecasting in complex delivery environments
• Proven experience building a team or function from scratch
• Direct experience managing people
• Strong command of spreadsheets and reporting tools
• Track record of standardizing inconsistent processes into repeatable systems
• Ability to act as a source of truth in high-pressure environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in AI training data or human data operations
• Experience in high-growth operations environments
