PermitFlow is an applied AI company serving the nation’s builders, tackling the information challenges of the construction industry. By providing an AI agent workforce, PermitFlow helps construction companies navigate permitting, licensing, and inspections to accelerate housing and infrastructure development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale PermitFlow’s core operations organization
• Manage a team of Operations Managers and Operations Leads
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to onboard new customers and drive long-term partnerships
• Own customer operations to ensure reliable, high-quality service that drives retention and expansion
• Work closely with Product and Engineering to identify opportunities for AI agents and workflows
• Build systems, metrics, and processes to enable efficient scaling

Requirements

• 7–12+ years of experience in operations
• 3–4 years in a senior leadership role managing managers and large teams
• Experience managing teams at scale (100+ people)
• Proven track record scaling operations in a high-growth startup environment
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills and ability to define metrics
• Experience working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams
• Strong commercial instincts regarding revenue, retention, and growth

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing automation or AI
• Exposure to construction, permitting, or real estate development
