About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational leadership to accelerate transformation and drive profitable growth globally across hotels and trains
- Architect and execute the brand’s global operational roadmap under the guidance of the CEO
- Spearhead end-to-end pre-opening phases for assets by coordinating cross-functional teams
- Develop bespoke operational plans, budgets, and SOPs to ensure on-time delivery
- Champion LQA standards and provide strategic direction for F&B, wellness, and on-board concepts
- Manage global operational profitability, EBITDA targets, and CAPEX plans
- Collaborate with Commercial, Revenue, and Marketing divisions to accelerate booking velocity
- Lead the recruitment of high-profile operational leaders including General Managers and Train Managers
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive leadership in ultra-luxury hospitality and the railway sector
- Proven history directing complex, high-profile pre-opening projects
- Experience collaborating with institutional investors, asset owners, and board members
- Deep understanding of LQA standards
- Exceptional negotiation and influencing skills
- Professional fluency in English (mandatory)
- Italian language skills (plus)
