About the role

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute infrastructure projects including buildings, renovations, and lab setups in compliance with AICTE norms
  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes from daily needs to capital-intensive equipment
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of projects including budgeting, execution, and delivery
  • Develop and manage relationships with permanent and temporary vendors
  • Supervise IT infrastructure maintenance including CCTV, Wi-Fi, and networking systems
  • Manage daily campus operations, security protocols, and maintenance of greenery and hygiene
  • Prepare and control departmental and project budgets to minimize variance
  • Coordinate logistics and vendor management for institutional events
  • Oversee hostel operations, maintenance, and resident satisfaction
  • Draft, review, and manage legal contracts and compliance matters
  • Supervise transportation logistics for staff and students
  • Maintain accurate records of institutional assets and optimize ERP usage for administration

Requirements
