About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute infrastructure projects including buildings, renovations, and lab setups in compliance with AICTE norms
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes from daily needs to capital-intensive equipment
- Oversee the full lifecycle of projects including budgeting, execution, and delivery
- Develop and manage relationships with permanent and temporary vendors
- Supervise IT infrastructure maintenance including CCTV, Wi-Fi, and networking systems
- Manage daily campus operations, security protocols, and maintenance of greenery and hygiene
- Prepare and control departmental and project budgets to minimize variance
- Coordinate logistics and vendor management for institutional events
- Oversee hostel operations, maintenance, and resident satisfaction
- Draft, review, and manage legal contracts and compliance matters
- Supervise transportation logistics for staff and students
- Maintain accurate records of institutional assets and optimize ERP usage for administration
Requirements
- Experience in infrastructure planning and project management
- Proficiency in procurement and vendor management
- Ability to manage budgets and financial tracking
