Head of Operations

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of four direct reports including Provider Success Managers, Credentialing Manager, and Care Navigator
• Own the pre-submission revenue cycle management pipeline, including eligibility verification and claim submission
• Manage relationships with post-submission RCM vendors and track performance
• Oversee operational outcomes for provider onboarding, credentialing, and patient referral workflows
• Build and document SOPs, processes, and operational infrastructure from scratch
• Identify operational risks and inefficiencies to report to leadership

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations
• Experience as an early operator in a startup environment
• Proven experience managing teams and helping individuals grow
• Experience owning complex end-to-end operational workflows
• Ability to work in fast-moving, ambiguous environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience in payer contracting
• Revenue cycle management experience (familiarity with Candid Health)
• Experience with provider credentialing workflows
