Head of Operations

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full pre-production operation across expedition, internal transport, and reverse logistics
• Drive performance through KPIs, specifically minutes-per-box
• Coach and develop a team of team leads and approximately 100 warehouse staff
• Ensure safety compliance and operational standards on the floor
• Own WMS governance and data quality
• Report weekly to Site Leadership on efficiency, volume, and headcount
• Lead site-level projects including WMS developments and process redesigns

Requirements

• Proven experience managing warehouse or logistics operations at scale
• Strong people leadership experience with large teams
• Hands-on familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into action
• Fluency in both Dutch and English
• Background in e-commerce, food, or FMCG is an advantage
