Head of Operations

Responsibilities

• Jointly shape the Irish strategy with the GM and other key stakeholders
• Take full ownership and delivery of local operational KPI targets
• Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to identify and implement corrective actions
• Steer the Marketplace Performance team to balance supply and demand
• Implement and refine operational processes to maximize efficiency
• Maintain strong relationships with local regulators, authorities, suppliers, and driver groups
• Develop and retain talent to ensure delivery of business objectives

Requirements

• 10 years of professional experience
• At least 5 years of experience leading successful teams
• Strong project management skills with ability to deliver complex projects
• Analytical mindset focused on continuous improvement and AI leverage
• Understanding of technology-driven marketplaces
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and uncertainty in a scaling environment
• Strong interpersonal skills for communicating with drivers and commercial partners

• Extensive network within Irish market segments
