Head of Operations, Americas

Responsibilities

• Act as the strategic operational right hand to the Global Head of Operations for the Americas region
• Lead high-priority cross-functional projects focused on growth and scalability
• Optimize operational processes across Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Support, and Operations
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and execution gaps quickly
• Ensure alignment between local teams, Mexico operations, and HQ leadership in Spain
• Translate global frameworks into practical local execution and support market expansion
• Build robust reporting structures and decision-making frameworks
• Maintain a hands-on approach, moving between high-level strategy and deep execution

Requirements

• Strong background in Operations, Strategy, Business, Consulting, or Engineering
• Experience working in fast-growing, high-performance environments
• Proven ability to lead high-visibility cross-functional projects
• Previous experience in Chief of Staff, Strategy & Operations, or Business Operations roles
• Strong process mindset with the ability to design and execute systems
• Excellent business judgment and problem-solving skills
• High ownership, resilience, and a strong execution mindset
• Proficiency with AI tools to improve operational processes
• Fluency in both English and Spanish
