Responsibilities

• Develop the full content calendar and brainstorm new event formats like AMAs and masterclasses
• Draft compelling narratives and hooks to maximize registrations and conversions
• Serve as the primary webinar host or moderator during the initial phase
• Build high-quality presentation decks with strong aesthetic judgment
• Manage technical logistics for platforms like GoToWebinar and Zoom
• Own event promotion strategy including landing pages, email, and social media briefs
• Drive KPI improvements for registrations, attendance rates, and attributed revenue
• Build and manage a team of moderators and presenters
• Use AI tools to improve design, copywriting, and production workflows

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in marketing, events, webinars, or growth
• Proven track record of scaling webinar programs or content engines
• Experience in fast-paced growth environments
• Strong technical fluency with webinar platforms and UTM tracking
• High aesthetic judgment for design and presentation building
• Ability to work as an individual contributor initially before scaling a team
• Analytical mindset with experience living inside dashboards and funnels

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in education, test-prep, or admissions
• Experience with HubSpot and landing page builders
