About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and implement Trade Marketing strategies for the On Premise channel, including portfolio design and product offerings.
- Develop effective communication formats and brand presence at points of sale.
- Manage relationships with industry partners, including bars, restaurants, clubs, and event producers.
- Act as a key contributor to the area's Business Plan, aligning brand strategy with commercial objectives and point-of-sale execution.
- Lead and manage brand projects within the On Trade channel to ensure excellence and consistency.
- Drive the development of consumption occasions to strengthen brand presence across different consumer experiences.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Red Bull in the On Trade channel, connecting with strategic partners and delivering the brand's value proposition.
Requirements
- Completed higher education degree.
- Proven knowledge of trade marketing within premium channels.
- Expertise in brand building and understanding consumer habits.
- Previous experience in team management.
- Advanced or fluent English skills.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
