Head of Off Trade & Ecomm Spain

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic growth and P&L management for the Off-Trade and E-commerce channels in Spain
• Drive the strategic agenda for Off-Trade & E-commerce, ensuring alignment with global vision and local market dynamics
• Lead and develop a senior sales team of NAMs & KAMs, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
• Optimize revenue growth through effective product mix, pricing strategies, and promotional activities
• Formulate and execute Route-to-Market (RTM) strategies to ensure efficient brand presence
• Ensure perfect in-store execution through indirect teams, focusing on availability and visibility
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and investment strategies to achieve financial targets and improve ROI

Requirements

• 8+ years of commercial leadership experience within the FMCG sector
• Proven expertise in the Off-trade channel
• Extensive experience in P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting
• Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Native Spanish speaker with proficient English skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor high-performing teams
