About the role

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for fulfilling all contractual obligations, including network rollout, planning, optimization, and customer support
  • Drive the adoption of automation and AI to improve service delivery and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with matrixed Service Lines to drive quality and cost improvements
  • Partner with customer units to drive profitable growth through new business and add-on sales
  • Manage changes to scope within existing contracts and deliver superior financial results
  • Lead a team of Customer Operations Managers and Program Directors
  • Act as a thought leader and challenger for customers regarding the Ericsson Networks Domain

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in the telecommunication infrastructure industry
  • At least 10 years of experience specifically in Radio Access Networks (RAN)
  • Minimum of 7 years in leadership positions
  • Minimum of 5 years in customer-facing roles (delivery, operator, or supplier)
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with executive-level reporting
  • Proficiency in the local language

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven track record of C-level engagement and influencing strategy
  • Exceptional knowledge of the Ericsson Networks Domain and Portfolio
  • Experience managing complex matrix environments and driving innovation
