Responsibilities

• Hold end-to-end responsibility for the Navigation Solutions portfolio, including strategic roadmap development and P&L management
• Establish clear Product Team OKRs and implement robust performance monitoring
• Prioritize and deploy resources across the team to maximize portfolio output
• Serve as the cross-functional glue between Engineering, Product Management, Sales, and Customer Support
• Foster a high-performance, empowered culture that prioritizes meaningful outcomes
• Drive collaboration across other Product Teams to maintain a unified technology ecosystem
• Manage team resourcing, professional development, and talent density
• Act as the primary conduit between the Navigation Solutions team and the Executive Leadership Team

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Mechatronics, Electronics, or Aerospace preferred), Business, or a related technical field
• 10+ years of technology leadership experience delivering complex hardware/software systems
• 5+ years of experience in product-centric organizations and leadership roles
• Proven experience in P&L management and high-tech product lifecycles
• Experience with product discovery, design thinking, and Agile delivery
• Competence in long-term financial modeling and ROI analysis
• Strong decision-making skills in ambiguous environments
