Head of Mission Success

Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment of Rune products and manage all aspects of programmatic execution for the Joint Force and allied nations
• Work side-by-side with senior military leaders to understand unique challenges and represent customer needs to shape product direction
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Growth teams to ensure synchronization across all deployment efforts
• Lead and mentor a growing team of Mission Managers, providing clear guidance and setting standards for performance
• Manage programmatic timelines, staffing, and coordination across cloud and edge environments
• Drive the programmatic deployment of technology for testing, evaluation, and operational use at government facilities and military bases

Requirements

• Minimum of 20 years of experience serving in the US military, preferably in logistics or sustainment leadership roles
• Active U.S. secret security clearance
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Understanding of software development and the unique accreditation aspects of operationalizing software within the military
• Ability to travel 25-50% to support program objectives and customer engagements
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal communication skills
