Head of Microsoft Business Applications (BizApps) Presales

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Microsoft BizApps presales team
• Define presales processes, governance, and best practices
• Shape go-to-market propositions across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot, Copilot Studio, and D365 CCaaS
• Act as lead presales architect on strategic and complex deals
• Deliver compelling demos, workshops, and presentations to customers
• Lead and review solution estimations to ensure accuracy and commercial viability
• Oversee the creation and quality assurance of Statements of Work (SoW)
• Partner closely with Sales, Delivery, and Practice Leads to drive revenue growth

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Business Applications, including Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
• Proven experience with Copilot, Copilot Studio, and D365 CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service)
• Track record in presales, solution architecture, or consulting leadership
• Experience managing or mentoring technical consulting or presales teams
• Deep understanding of solution estimation, commercial modeling, and deal structuring
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable solution architectures
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
