Head of Micro Business Kalimantan Region

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all micro business operational activities in the Kalimantan area
• Ensure achievement of business targets, financing disbursement, and customer growth according to company OKRs
• Control financing portfolio quality and maintain risk and non-performing loan (NPL/PAR) levels
• Ensure implementation of SOPs and company policies across the region
• Develop micro business expansion strategies based on Kalimantan's regional potential
• Build relationships with local stakeholders, communities, and relevant parties
• Lead, mentor, and develop the team to achieve optimal performance
• Conduct regular coaching, monitoring, and performance evaluations
• Maintain a disciplined, productive, and partner-oriented work culture
• Prepare regular business and operational performance reports for central management
• Evaluate target achievements and develop improvement action plans
• Ensure all operational activities comply with company regulations and applicable provisions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably Management, Economics, Business, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience in microfinance, microbanking, multifinance, or financial institutions
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Area Manager, Regional Manager, senior Branch Manager, or similar leadership role
• Experience managing teams and multiple branches or operational areas
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Understanding of micro business operations and financing risk management
• Business analysis and regional development strategy skills
• Ability to work under targets and operational pressure
• Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and data/reporting processing
• Willingness to undertake intensive business travel within the Kalimantan region
• High integrity and target-oriented mindset
