About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships across Wholesale, DtC-Ecom, and DtC-Retail
- Set the overarching framework for product level planning in Long Range Plan (LRP), pre-season planning, and in-season management
- Increase forecast accuracy and minimize missed sales opportunities by translating sell-through trends into dynamic adjustments
- Champion the adoption of AI and advanced data analytics into planning processes to optimize inventory flow
- Manage, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of Merchandising Planning Leads
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in merchandise planning, forecasting, or commercial strategy
- Experience within footwear, sportswear, or fashion industries preferred
- Deep understanding of data architecture and hands-on experience with AI planning tools and advanced forecasting models
- Proven track record of managing multi-channel forecasting processes at a regional scale
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive presence
- Fluent in English
