About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve the membership proposition, including content, experiences, and member benefits
- Improve retention, engagement, and lifetime value through lifecycle design and churn reduction
- Lead key lifecycle moments including onboarding, activation, engagement, upgrades, and winbacks
- Oversee day-to-day running of the membership product and member experience
- Lead technical and operational subscription considerations such as billing, payments, and compliance
- Drive experimentation across onboarding, engagement loops, and new feature development
- Build scalable lifecycle systems to deliver ongoing value to subscribers
Requirements
- Experience owning or operating subscription, membership, or D2C products
- Background in media, creator-led businesses, or community-driven platforms
- Experience managing lifecycle marketing, retention, or subscription operations
- Strong analytical skills with ability to turn data into product decisions
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders in fast-paced environments
- Product ownership mindset with experience in digital platforms and analytics
