About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own and continuously improve the membership proposition, including content, experiences, and member benefits
  • Improve retention, engagement, and lifetime value through lifecycle design and churn reduction
  • Lead key lifecycle moments including onboarding, activation, engagement, upgrades, and winbacks
  • Oversee day-to-day running of the membership product and member experience
  • Lead technical and operational subscription considerations such as billing, payments, and compliance
  • Drive experimentation across onboarding, engagement loops, and new feature development
  • Build scalable lifecycle systems to deliver ongoing value to subscribers

Requirements

  • Experience owning or operating subscription, membership, or D2C products
  • Background in media, creator-led businesses, or community-driven platforms
  • Experience managing lifecycle marketing, retention, or subscription operations
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to turn data into product decisions
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders in fast-paced environments
  • Product ownership mindset with experience in digital platforms and analytics
